Posters

The Posters section of the hey ema mobile app brings the event's poster gallery to your phone — browse, search, favorite, and interact with posters wherever you are, even offline once you have viewed them.

Where to Find It

hey ema mobile app > Home tab > Posters tile

Open the app, choose your event, and tap the Posters quick-access tile on the Home tab. The tile only appears when the event has published posters.

What You See

A searchable, filterable grid of the event's published posters. Tapping a poster opens a detail screen with its full content — image, PDF (with per-page navigation), video, or embedded web content — plus any engagement actions the event has enabled.

Browsing and Searching

  • Scroll the grid to browse all published posters.
  • Use search to find posters by title, author, or keyword.
  • Use filters to narrow the grid, for example by track.

Viewing a Poster

Tap a poster to open its detail screen. Depending on what the presenter uploaded, a poster can be:

  • An image — view it full-screen and zoom.
  • A PDF — page through it with per-page navigation.
  • A video — play it in place.
  • A web embed — interactive content loaded in the detail screen.

Poster media you view is cached on your device, so you can re-open it later without a connection — useful in low-signal halls.

Favorites and Engagement

  • Favorite a poster to keep it handy in your own list.
  • Where the event enables them, each poster offers engagement actions: rate it, ask a question, contact the presenter, or email the poster to yourself.

Opening a Poster from a Kiosk

ePoster kiosk touchscreens at the venue show a QR code on each poster. Scanning one with your phone deep-links straight into that poster in the app — a quick way to take a poster you spotted at a kiosk with you.
