My Documents

The documents page lists your most recent documents across every project, providing quick access to files without navigating into individual projects.

Where to Find It

Me > Documents

Use this cross-project list when you need to find a file you uploaded or received for any event.

Finding a briefing pack quickly

A speaker is preparing at the venue and needs the latest AV briefing pack. Instead of opening each talk or task, they go to My Documents, filter by file type, and open the shared file from one place.

Document List

Navigate to Me > Documents to see your documents. Each card shows:

FieldDescription
NameDocument file name.
File typeThe kind of file, such as PDF, image, spreadsheet, video, or presentation.
ProjectThe event this document belongs to.
UploadedWhen the document was added.

Use the toolbar to search by name or event, filter by file type (PDF, Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Image, or Video) or by event if you're registered for more than one, and sort by newest, oldest, or name.

Opening a Document

Click a document card to open that event's document library, where you can find the file to download, view version history, or manage it.

Document Types

Documents fall into two categories:

  • Your uploads -- files you've uploaded as part of a task, exhibitor submission, talk, or form response
  • Shared documents -- files the event team has shared with you, such as event guides, venue maps, or briefing packs

Both types appear in the same list. The Project column and file-type filter help you find what you're looking for.

Uploading Documents

My Documents is a viewing page -- there's no upload control here. Documents are uploaded in context, from wherever they're relevant:

  1. Navigate to the relevant section (e.g., a task, exhibitor checklist, or talk submission).
  2. Use the upload control there to select your file.
  3. The file appears both in that section and in My Documents.

Shared Documents from the Event Team

Event organizers can share documents directly with you. These appear in your document list automatically. Common shared documents include:

  • Event programs and schedules
  • Venue maps and logistics guides
  • Speaker or exhibitor briefing packs
  • Compliance and safety documents
info

The My Documents page provides a cross-project overview of your most recent files. Document management actions (upload, delete, version control) are performed within the project's document library.

Connected Feature

Speaker talk files are uploaded from the talk document page and also appear in My Documents. See Talk Documents.
