My Sessions

My Sessions lists the sessions where you are chairing or speaking at this event -- not the full programme. Use it to see your session details, check in and out, take part in that session's Q&A and polls, and complete the post-session survey.

Before You Start

• You need a chair or speaker role on at least one session -- My Sessions only shows sessions you are assigned to. If you are attending without a session role, use My Agenda and the Public Schedule to browse and join the full programme instead.

Where to Find It

Me > My Sessions

Open the event-specific Me portal and select My Sessions.

What You See

A card for each session you chair or speak at, with its title and your role. Opening a session shows tabs for Info, Q&A, Polls, and a post-session Survey.

Before and during your talk

A speaker opens My Sessions the morning of their talk, checks in from the Info tab when they arrive at the room, keeps the Q&A tab open to watch and upvote audience questions during the talk, and checks out afterward.

Session List

Search by session title, talk title, or role, and sort alphabetically or by role. Each entry shows the session title and whether you are the Chair or a Speaker.

Not every session you attend appears here

My Sessions only includes sessions with a chair or speaker assignment tied to your account. Sessions you plan to attend as audience are tracked in My Agenda, not here.

Session Details

Open a session to see the Info tab:

• Title and description -- what the session covers.
• Time and location -- when and where the session takes place.
• Your role -- Chair or Speaker, plus any track the session belongs to.
• Your talk -- the talk title, when your role is tied to a specific talk.
• Speakers -- everyone presenting or chairing the session.
• Attendance -- a Check In button, and Check Out once you have checked in.

Live Q&A

The Q&A tab is the same interaction attendees use from the public session page:

• Ask a question -- type a question and submit it, optionally anonymously.
• Upvote or downvote -- vote on any question to help surface the ones worth answering.
• If the speaker or moderator has responded, their answer appears under the question.

Polls

The Polls tab shows any poll the speaker or organizer has launched for the session. Select an answer and submit to see live results.

Post-Session Survey

Once configured for the session, a survey appears for you to complete after the session finishes.

Checking in versus adding to your agenda

Checking in on the Info tab confirms your attendance at a session you are chairing or speaking at -- it does not add the session to your personal agenda. Use My Agenda to build your day-to-day schedule.
