Your Participation Certificates
Your organiser can issue a certificate recognising your contribution as a presenter, poster presenter, session chair or reviewer. Sign in with the account linked to that contribution to find and download your current certificate. Participation certificates are separate from your CPD credit and certificates.

The link appears when your account has earned participation certificate history. You can still have history even when no current certificate is available, for example after an organiser voided the previous certificate. You do not need an open registration window or access to the CPD module to view earned participation certificates.
Each current certificate card shows its kind, contribution or role, event, issuer, issue date and certificate ID. A preparation message appears while the PDF is not yet ready. Replaced and voided certificates are not offered as current downloads.
Download Your PDF
- Open Participation certificates while signed in to the correct account.
- Find the event and contribution you need.
- Choose Download PDF when the file is ready.
- Check your name, contribution and certificate ID in the downloaded document.
If downloading fails, check your connection and try again. A certificate that is still being prepared may become available shortly. If it remains missing or its details are wrong, ask the organiser to review the contribution and certificate history; you cannot issue or correct it yourself.
Share or Check Verification
The PDF contains a verification link and QR code. A verifier can open the link without an ema account to see the printed certificate details and one of these outcomes:

The verification page shows your printed name and contribution, event, issuer, issue date and certificate ID. It does not show your email or provide a private PDF download to the verifier.
If your name, contribution or certificate is wrong, send the organiser the event and certificate ID. Reissuing creates a new version. The old verification link reports replaced for a previously issued certificate, or retains voided status for an already voided certificate.
Check Your Work
- Your downloaded PDF names you and the intended event and contribution.
- Its verification link reports the expected status and the same certificate ID.
- When an organiser corrects a certificate, use the new current document rather than an old saved copy.
Use your CPD log for professional-development credit. It is a separate record from your presenter, poster, chair or reviewer participation.
Journey pages need an operator sign-in to open.
An earned presenter, poster, chair or reviewer contribution becomes a verifiable certificate, with explicit correction and retained validity history.
