Ticket Satisfaction Survey

After a support ticket you raised is solved or closed, some organizers send a short follow-up email asking how the support experience was. Rating it takes one click — no account or sign-in needed.

Where to Find It

A link in the ticket-resolved email

The email includes two direct rating buttons (Good and Not good) plus a link to the survey page itself. Clicking either button records your rating immediately; the survey page also lets you add an optional comment afterward.

What You See

A page confirming which ticket the survey is about, with Good and Not good buttons if you haven't rated yet, or a thank-you message and an optional comment box if you clicked a rating button directly from the email.

Rating Your Experience

  1. Open the survey link, or click Good / Not good directly in the email.
  2. If you land on the page without having rated yet, choose Good or Not good.
  3. Once rated, an optional comment box appears — add a note if you want to say more, then Send feedback.

A rating can only be submitted once per ticket. If you click a rating button in the email and then open the survey link afterward, the page shows your rating already recorded rather than letting you change it.

A negative rating is followed up

Rating a ticket Not good notifies the support team so someone can follow up — it isn't just a silent metric. If you want to explain what went wrong, the comment box is the best way to get specifics to the team.

If the survey link has expired or the ticket has since received a newer survey link, the page shows This feedback link is unavailable instead of the rating form. You can still see your support requests and continue the conversation from the portal if you are signed in.

Rating straight from the inbox

An attendee's badge-name-change ticket is marked solved. The follow-up email arrives with Good and Not good buttons right in the message. They click Good, and a browser tab opens showing "Thanks for rating your experience as good," with an optional box to add a comment if they want to.
