Exhibitor Branding

Branding is the one page in the exhibitor portal where what you enter goes straight onto the public event site. Your logo, cover image, tagline and two brand colors are what an attendee sees when they browse the exhibitor directory and open your company page — before they have read a word of your description.

Where to Find It

Me > Exhibitors > [Your company] > Profile > Branding

Open Profile; the Branding section sits between Company info and Team on that tab.

What You Can Set

FieldWhere it shows
LogoYour company page header, and the card that represents you in the exhibitor directory.
Cover imageThe wide banner across the top of your company page.
TaglineOne line under your company name, on both the directory card and the company page.
Brand ColorAccents across your company page — headings, highlights and section trim.
Secondary Brand ColorThe far end of the cover gradient, used when you have not uploaded a cover image.
Changes are live immediately — there is no approval step

Nothing here goes to the organizer for review. The moment an upload finishes or you press Save, the public exhibitor directory and your company page show the new version. Treat this page as publishing, not drafting.

Logo and Cover Image

The two uploaders sit at the top of the page. Each one saves on its own, as soon as the upload finishes — there is no Save button for them, and no separate confirmation step. Remove clears the image the same way, immediately.

Do you need a cover image at all?

If you upload a cover image it fills the banner across the top of your company page and your brand colors no longer paint that area.

If you leave it empty, the banner is drawn as a gradient running from your Brand Color to your Secondary Brand Color. That is a deliberate, usable result — a strong two-color gradient often reads better than a photo that was never cropped for a wide banner. Upload a cover only when you have artwork made for that shape.

Brand Details

Tagline and the two colors live in the Brand details card and are saved together with the Save button. Unlike the images, nothing is written until you press it.

  • Tagline — one short line. It appears directly under your company name, so write it as a phrase rather than a sentence.
  • Brand Color and Secondary Brand Color — pick a color or type a hex value such as #FF5733.
Leaving a brand color empty is safe

If you clear a brand color, your page does not break and does not turn white — it falls back to the event's default accent color. Clearing is the right move if you are unsure of your exact brand hex; a wrong color is more visible than an inherited one.

What They See

Attendees browsing the event see your logo and tagline on your card in the exhibitor directory, and your cover image, logo, tagline and brand colors across your company page — including the About, Showcase and Team tabs.

Check Your Work

  • Open the public exhibitor directory and confirm your card shows the logo and tagline you expect.
  • Open your own company page and check the banner — cover image if you uploaded one, your two-color gradient if you did not.
  • Look at the page on a phone as well as a desktop. Wide cover images crop hardest on narrow screens.
Connected Feature

Team members carry their own photos, uploaded in the Team section rather than here.

Connected Feature

Showcase items, why-visit copy and downloadable resources are the rest of what attendees see on your company page.

Connected Feature

Company name, description, industry and website are in the Company info section, and are maintained by the event organizer rather than from the portal.
