Exhibitor Content
The content page shows knowledge base articles assigned to your exhibitor through checklists. These typically contain exhibitor guidelines, venue regulations, setup instructions, or compliance requirements.
Viewing Content
Me > Exhibitors > [Your company] > Content
Open your exhibitor company and select Content to review assigned articles, setup instructions, and acknowledgements.
Each item shows:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Article title | Name of the knowledge base article. |
| Excerpt | Short summary of the article. |
| Requires acknowledgement | Whether you must confirm you have read this article. |
| Acknowledged | Whether acknowledgement has been recorded. |
Click an article to read its full content.
Acknowledging Content
For articles that require acknowledgement:
- Open the article.
- Read the full content.
- Click Acknowledge.
Acknowledged articles count toward your exhibitor's content completion percentage on the dashboard.
Some articles are informational only and do not require acknowledgement. These appear without the acknowledgement toggle.
On some projects, acknowledging an article does not complete it immediately — the organizer can require their own review first, in which case your acknowledgement shows as pending until they approve it.
Only acknowledge an article after the right person on your team has read it. Venue rules, move-in instructions, and safety requirements can affect booth setup plans.
Showcase
The showcase is your exhibitor's product and content gallery. Attendees browsing the event see your showcase items on your exhibitor profile, so it is your chance to highlight what you are bringing to the event.
Attendees see your showcase items and reasons to visit on your exhibitor profile as soon as you save them — there is currently no draft or publish step, so only add an item once it is ready for attendees to see.
What you can showcase
Each showcase item has a type:
| Type | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Product | A product or service you want to highlight. |
| Video | A demo video, promo clip, or recorded presentation. |
| Document | A whitepaper, brochure, spec sheet, or other downloadable file. |
| Case study | A customer success story or real-world implementation example. |
| Link | An external URL pointing to your website, landing page, or any other resource. |
Adding a showcase item
- Navigate to your exhibitor in the Me portal.
- Open the Showcase tab.
- Click Add Item.
- Fill in the details:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Type | Choose from product, video, document, case study, or link. |
| Title | A short, descriptive name (required). |
| Description | Optional longer description of the item. |
| Thumbnail URL | A link to an image that represents this item in the gallery. |
| CTA label | The text for a call-to-action button (e.g., "Watch Demo," "Download PDF"). Up to 100 characters. |
| CTA URL | The link the button opens. |
- Click Add Showcase Item (or Save Changes when editing).
New items are added to the end of your showcase, and there is currently no way to reorder them yourself from the portal — plan the order you create items in accordingly, since the first item is the most prominent on your exhibitor profile.
Editing and removing items
- Click any item to edit its details.
- Click Delete to remove an item from your exhibitor profile.
Lead with your strongest item. The first showcase item is the most prominent on your exhibitor profile, so create your best product demo, flagship case study, or hero video first.
Why Visit
The "Why Visit" section lets you give attendees compelling reasons to come to your booth. Each reason appears on your exhibitor profile as a short highlight with an icon.
Adding a reason
- Navigate to your exhibitor in the Me portal.
- Open the Why Visit tab.
- Click Add Reason.
- Fill in the details:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | A short headline (required). For example, "Live Product Demos Every Hour." |
| Icon | An optional icon that appears next to the title. Choose from the available icon set. |
| Description | Optional longer text expanding on the headline. |
- Click Add Reason (or Save Changes when editing).
New reasons are added to the end of the list, and there is currently no way to reorder them yourself from the portal — attendees see them in the order you created them.
Editing and removing reasons
- Click a reason to edit its title, icon, or description.
- Click Delete to remove a reason. It will no longer appear on your exhibitor profile.
Keep your reasons specific and benefit-focused. "Learn about our solutions" is generic. "See a 10-minute live demo of our new analytics dashboard" tells the attendee exactly what they will get.
For a product launch, add a short demo video to Showcase and a reason to visit such as "See the new analytics dashboard live at Booth 24." This gives attendees both a preview and a clear reason to stop by.
