Team Members

The Team page lists the people from your company who attendees can expect to meet at your booth — sales contacts, product specialists, or support staff. It is a directory entry on your public exhibitor profile, not a way to grant someone access to the exhibitor portal.

Where to Find It

Me > Exhibitors > [Your company] > Team

Open Team to add, edit, or remove the people shown on your exhibitor profile.

Team does not grant portal access

Adding someone here does not send them an invitation and does not let them sign in to the exhibitor portal. If someone on your side needs to help manage this exhibitor's profile, tasks, or leads, ask your event organizer to add them as a contact from the exhibitor's record — see Exhibitor Management for how organizers grant that access.

Team List

Each team member shows:

FieldDescription
NameThe team member's display name.
Role / TitleTheir position at the booth (a short free-text label, e.g. "Sales Director").
PhotoA profile photo shown on your exhibitor profile.
LinkedInAn optional link to their LinkedIn profile.
BioAn optional short description shown alongside their entry.

Adding a Team Member

  1. Click Add Team Member.
  2. Enter their display name and role/title.
  3. Optionally add a short bio, a photo, and a LinkedIn link.
  4. Click Save.

There is no email field and no invitation step — you are only building a public-facing list of who attendees will see at your booth.

Editing and Removing Members

  • Click a team member to edit their details.
  • Click Delete to remove someone from the list. They immediately stop appearing on your exhibitor profile.

Team Visibility

Team members appear on your exhibitor profile page, which is visible to attendees browsing the event. Each active member's name, role, and photo are shown, helping attendees identify who to speak with at your booth.

What They See

Attendees can use team names, roles, and photos to identify who to approach at the booth, especially when your team has product specialists, sales contacts, or support staff onsite.

Connected Feature

Portal access — who can sign in and manage this exhibitor's profile, tasks, and leads — is a separate feature managed by your event organizer from the exhibitor's Contacts tab, not from this Team list.
