Exhibitor Waitlist Offer

When an event is sold out, organizers keep a waitlist of companies who still want to exhibit. If space becomes available, the next company on the list is sent an offer.

The offer arrives by email with a link. Opening that link brings you to this page, where you accept or decline.

What the Offer Shows

The page confirms what is being offered before you commit:

  • The event, and the booth or package being offered.
  • The price, including anything bundled with it.
  • The deadline by which you must respond.

Read the deadline carefully. Offers are time-limited because the space is being held for you and not offered to anyone else while you decide.

Accepting

Accepting reserves the space for your company and starts the normal exhibitor process — you will be asked to complete your exhibitor details, and the organizer will issue your contract and invoice.

Accepting is a commitment to exhibit. If you are not certain, contact the organizer before accepting rather than accepting and cancelling later.

Declining

Declining releases the space immediately so it can be offered to the next company on the waitlist. Your company stays on the waitlist for future openings unless you ask the organizer to remove you.

Offer links are unique to your company and expire.

  • The offer has expired — the deadline passed and the space has been offered elsewhere. Contact the organizer to ask about remaining availability.
  • The offer has already been answered — someone else at your company may have responded. Check with your colleagues.
  • The link is broken — email applications sometimes split long links across lines. Copy the whole link into your browser, or ask the organizer to resend it.

Do not forward your offer link to anyone outside your company. It grants the ability to accept on your behalf.
