Reviewer Profile
The reviewer profile section lets you declare your areas of expertise and any conflicts of interest, which helps the program committee assign reviews appropriately.

Open your reviewer profile before review rounds begin so the committee has current expertise and conflict information.
A reviewer adds expertise in "clinical AI" and "health data governance", then declares a financial conflict with one sponsor organization. The committee can assign matching talks while avoiding conflicted reviews.
Expertise Declarations
Navigate to your reviewer profile to manage expertise entries. Each declaration includes:

| Project | The project this expertise applies to. |
| Session track | The track you have expertise in (optional). |
| Keywords | Topic keywords describing your expertise. |
Adding Expertise
- Click Add Expertise.
- Select the project.
- Optionally select a session track.
- Enter keywords describing your areas of knowledge.
- Click Save.
Removing Expertise
Click the delete action on an expertise entry to remove it.
Conflict of Interest Declarations
Declare conflicts to ensure impartial review assignment. Each conflict includes:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Project | The project this conflict applies to. |
| Conflict type | Category such as institutional, personal, financial, or other. |
| Conflict entity | The entity (e.g., talk, organization) you have a conflict with. |
| Notes | Optional explanation of the conflict. |
If a reasonable person could question your impartiality, declare the conflict. The committee can decide whether to avoid the assignment, ask for more context, or keep you on the review.
Adding a Conflict
- Click Add Conflict.
- Select the project.
- Choose the conflict type.
- Select the entity you have a conflict with.
- Optionally add notes.
- Click Save.
Removing a Conflict
Click the delete action on a conflict entry to remove it.
Conflict declarations are visible to the program committee and are used to prevent assignment of reviews where a conflict exists.
