Where they work

On the event's public pages before they register, and in their own self-service portal or the event app afterwards.

What they are responsible for

Their own registration and their own day: what they signed up for, what they paid, and where they need to be.

What they can do

  • Register, pay, and receive a confirmation and a pass.
  • Build a personal agenda from the programme and see their own sessions.
  • Book a hotel room from the event's block, where one is offered.
  • Take part in sessions — polls, questions, networking, and messages.
  • Collect and view their attendance credit and certificate.
  • Raise a support request and follow it.

What they cannot do

  • Change what an event charges, or their own registration type without going through the organiser's change process.
  • See other attendees' details beyond what the event's directory chooses to show.

Journeys they take part in

These are the end-to-end chains of work that name them — the steps they own, and the ones that only affect them.

Journey pages need an operator sign-in to open.
